2009 Port Chester Fest
Clay Art Center joins in the fun for the 2nd annual Port Chester Fest held on Sunday, May 17, 2009. CAC artists led a workshop where visitors had the opportunity to view demonstrations and make something of their own. Both children and adults explored wheel throwing and hand building techniques and had an opportunity to create an animal for our community's Noah’s Ark. Throughout the day, a trolley visited the center where Kathy Ruttenberg’s, “Tonight Tomorrow and Forever” exhibition was on view in our gallery, visited member artists' studios, and toured the facility. This was a very successful and exciting event, and we look forward to next year! |
