Piles of Pots at Bargain Prices
Bring home pieces of pottery purchased at greatly reduced prices as we clear out our inventory to make room for new work. Artists from all over the tri-state area have donated their irregular, overstocked or outdated pieces of artwork to CAC; bowls, cups, mugs, handmade tiles, serving pieces, teapots, sculpture and more will all need to find new homes.
Throughout the afternoon, we will have family-friendly food and activities including face painting, tile painting, hands-on clay, live music and more. We will showcase student work from our youth and outreach classes. Families can learn about and register for our twenty-three summer camps.
All proceeds from this event will go directly into the Audrey Greenwald Memorial Equipment Fund. Audrey was an integral part of the Clay Art Center for decades. An architect by profession, she cared deeply about the facility and creating efficient spaces filled with the equipment and tools ceramic artists of all ages needed to create their work.
