An online invitational exhibition celebrating Pride Month through ceramics

“In this exhibition, artists are invited to share their voice as LGBTQIA+ individuals through ceramic vessels that carry the weight of lived experiences. The works presented here create concrete evidence of each artist’s own existence, and in the utility and visual aspect of taking space, these vessels create a solid remembrance of a past self that is shared with others who are in their own metamorphosis. Holding Space is an acknowledgement of the artists as individuals, and a reflection of the space they are making for others in their journey.” Anika Major
