Our Around the World in Clay program offers Port Chester students the opportunity to learn about the history and importance of ceramics in different cultures around the world while giving each student the freedom to interpret and create themed projects using their own unique perspectives and imagination.

Mondays: For students of Port Chester Middle School only

Time: 4:00pm - 5:30pm

Location: Clay Art Center, Main Classroom

Dates: April 8, 15, 29, May 6, 13, 20, June 3, 10

**No class: April 22, May 27

Tuesdays: For students of Port Chester High School only

Time: 3:30pm - 5:30pm (2 hours)

Location: Clay Art Center, Main Classroom 

Dates: April 9, 16, 30, May 7, 14, 21, 28, June 4, 11

**No class: April 23

Wednesdays: For students of a Port Chester public elementary school GRADES 2-3 ONLY

Time: 4:00pm - 5:30pm 

Location: Clay Art Center, Annex Classroom

Dates: April 10, 17, 24, May 1, 8, 15, 22, 29, June 5, 12

**No class: N/A

Thursdays: For students of a Port Chester public elementary school GRADES 4-5 ONLY

Time: 4:00pm - 5:30pm 

Location: Clay Art Center, Annex Classroom

Attendance
Students are expected to attend all classes. Absences may result in removal from the program. All students are expected to arrive on time and prepared for class. Please do not arrive earlier than 5 minutes before the start of class. If a student has not been picked up upon dismissal, a CAC staff member/instructor will escort the student to the office and call the guardian then the indicated emergency contact.

Student Arrival & Departure
All students ages 7-12 must be signed in and out by a designated adult.
Students ages 13 and older may sign themselves in/out only if a parent or guardian provides permission. Students will only be released to the adult(s) listed on their ATWC Family Permission Form.

COVID-19 Protocols
Mask-wearing by students will be optional. Students must wear a mask if they have been exposed to COVID-19 or have recently tested positive. Students should not come to class if they have any COVID-19 symptoms.

Code of Conduct
All CAC students are expected to behave in a courteous, responsible manner. Good behavior and cooperation are essential for meaningful learning and a successful experience for all students involved. Students are expected to respect all CAC staff, instructors, fellow students, property, and other personal belongings. Appropriate language shall be used at all times. CAC reserves the right to remove a student from the ATWC program due to misbehavior.

CAC is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal property.
