Austin Coudriet returns to Clay Art Center where he did his first residency to present his NCECA 2025 Emerging Artist Talk.

In this dynamic 30-minute slide talk, Austin Coudriet will take you on a quick journey through the highlights of his ceramics career so far. He’ll share insights into his recent workshop experiences, discuss the momentum building around his practice, and offer a first look at the exciting new studio space he’s opening in 2026, Dusty Pants Studio.

Austin Coudriet earned his BFA from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2019. Austin was an Artist-in-Residence at Clay Art Center from 2019-2020, and 2020-2021. He was a recipient of Ceramics Monthly Emerging Artist Award in 2024, and NCECA Emerging Artist 2025. He is currently an Artist-in-Residence at the Archie Bray Foundation, focusing on making large-scale sculptures, ceramic furniture, and traveling to share his skills in hands-on workshops.
