Clay Art Center seeks a part time Development Assistant to contribute to the vitality of Clay Art Center by assisting with the administrative tasks involved in all aspects of fund development. The Development Assistant plays an important role by ensuring the continuous, efficient and smooth operation of the Development office. This is an exciting opportunity for an entry-level professional to join our dedicated, creative team and support this unique center for the ceramic arts. Through exhibitions, studio practice, adult and youth vibrant non-profit ceramic art organization in Port Chester, New York. 20 hrs/week.
Individual must be detail oriented, organized, possess excellent people skills with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and be comfortable with CRM databases and data entry; experience with Salesforce highly desired. Looking for an individual with one to two years experience in a non-profit administrative position.
Start date: August 2019
