For more than 25 years Clay Art Center has mobilized hundreds of community members and artists to create thousands of handmade ceramic bowls. Together, with Rye Presbyterian Church and a host of volunteers, we have raised over $80,000 in the fight to end hunger in Westchester County.

Rye Presbyterian Church will host this year’s Empty Bowls event on Sunday, May 3, 2026 at 11am-12:30pm, where we will sell beautifully crafted handmade bowls made by more than 50 Clay Art Center artists, students, staff, and community members.

All proceeds will be donated to local organizations dedicated to alleviating food insecurity to help families in need in Port Chester, NY.
