Redux: Transformations 6 x 6 Opening Reception

Redux: Transformations 6 x 6 opened July 22 with a enthusiastic crowd of artists, collectors and lovers of ceramic art. Thank you to all who came out to support Clay Art Center and the artists. This national invitational exhibition features 800 6" x 6" hand-made tiles made by over 185 acclaimed clay artists from across the country. Clay Art Center's current Executive Director, Leigh Taylor Mickelson,  was asked to resurrect an exhibition that some consider to be one of Clay Art Center's most memorable that took place in 2008. She has curated a current redux of the original exhibition highlighting the leading ceramic artists working today. All of these small gems are available for purchase. Missed the reception?
