Making Incredible Memories - 2024 Year In Review

Dear Clay Art Center Community,

Happy Holidays! As 2024 draws to a close, I’d like to take a moment to reflect on what makes Clay Art Center such a special place. We’ve been inspired by the incredible creativity you bring to life in your artwork, the support and mentorship you offer to one another, and the generosity you've shown to our center.

Check out a selection of pictures below of the classes, visiting artist workshops, exhibitions, potlucks, kiln unloads, community arts programs, and events that made 2024 a success!

As we look towards 2025, I am excited for our upcoming Rising Stars exhibition which will include work from our adult, youth, and community arts students. The work that has been submitted so far is a testament to the skills of our students from the beginners who have started to master clay, to the advanced students experimenting with forms and glazes. The exhibition also features work from our teachers who bring their knowledge and love of clay to the classrooms, schools, and community arts programs every day. We hope you will join us on Saturday, January 25 from 1:30-3:30pm at the opening reception to celebrate with your fellow students and teachers.

All of you are integral to making all of this happen. If you are able, we hope you will consider a donation to our year-end appeal so that we can continue to fuel creativity at Clay Art Center in 2025!
