Third Annual Port Chester Arts Festival and Spring Fest

The Third Annual Port Chester Arts Festival and biennial Spring Fest were a great success this past weekend.

Thank you to everyone who came out for Spring Fest and the Port Chester Arts Festival! The rain mostly held off and many folks went home with their new perfect pieces from the studio sale. Others sat at the pottery wheel for the first time, braved the flames of raku firing, and enjoyed tours of the studios. We even welcomed Congressional Representative George Latimer and New York Assemblyman Steve Otis - thank you both for lending your support to the event.

Of course, Spring Fest would not be possible without all the hard work and dedication of our clay community: artists from all over the region donated their work for Spring Fest, volunteers spent time organizing and pricing the trove of ceramics, and staff, board members, and volunteers alike made the event a day to remember. A special thanks to Committee Chair Naoko Tanikawa and the entire Spring Fest Committee for their tireless efforts!
