In this class, students will be encouraged to develop the projects and techniques they are most interested in. Jon will provide one-on-one instruction to help hone students throwing skills and cultivate their own unique creative voice, with demonstrations based on the abilities and technical requirements of individual students and their projects.

Topics will include;

• Applying a distinct style across a range for forms

• Incorporating more than one technique to achieve the desired results

• Developing new approaches to surface decoration

• Becoming more confident with glaze application solutions

Skill: Advanced
Prerequisite: A few intermediate to advanced wheel throwing courses or equivalent ceramic skills
